Slow internet speed daytime in Area 04! Walsall!

Hey guys, I'm recently a new customer of Virgin Media! I have 50 superhub, but the problem is I noticed at daytime the internet download speed goes down to 200 or 100 kbyte's. But at midnight I have almost 6.1 mb/s download speed, I share some pictures please help me! 2.pngUntitled.png

Area 04 is oversubscribed to hell.

I'm in Dudley and I had the same problem until switching to Sky.

These kind of faults don't get fixed overnight, they take years.  Even when fixed the fix doesn't last very long as they just overfill the cable again.

 

Get out while you can or you'll be stuck with this for the duration of your contract.

Left VM 9th Jan 2017 due to high utilisation. Enjoying reliable services with Sky Smiley Happy
