Slow internet from 9pm onwards!!

So, I have been watching a new tv series on Netflix for the last week on a night and the streaming has been perfect from 7pm until 9pm.
Once it gets to around 9:10pm it starts to freeze and buffers making it impossible to watch anything after 9 o clock!!
I have run speed tests on my and getting 90 Mbps but it doesn't seem to help.
My package is for 200mbps but as I'm at work all day the internet seems pretty useless to me as I can't use the internet!!!

Somebody please help me!!

Re: Slow internet from 9pm onwards!!

Hi Craigjohnson795,

Welcome to the Community!

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your connection.

I've run diagnostics on your equipment and everything is looking healthy at this end. I can see the hub hasn't been rebooted for a while though. Can you try switching the hub off for a minute (at the mains) then switch it back on.

Also, are you connecting wired or wirelessly?

Re: Slow internet from 9pm onwards!!

Hi josh I think the router was rebooted maybe a month ago.
I will re try this later tonight and yes my devices are mostly wireless but this shouldn't be a problem should it if no one else is connected?

Re: Slow internet from 9pm onwards!!

Hi Craigjohnson795,

Thanks for getting back to me!

Did you try rebooting the hub? If so, how has it been since?

The reason I ask is that there are many factors that can negatively influence a wireless connection. We need to determine whether or not your issue is being caused by wireless interference or an issue with the equipment.
