Thanks for posting! I am sorry to hear that you're having issues with slow speeds and disconnections, I apologise for any inconvenience, I will do my best to help resolve this for you.
I have run some tests from here and I can see that there's been a few time outs inside the Hubs logs since the last reboot, I would like to arrange for this to be investigated further by one of our engineers.
