Slow internet, connection interupted, disconnect many times a day, 200mb/12mb service :/

46mb, 2mb upload ...PING 300 :/

 

Hi, can you let me know when engineer fix this problem.

I cannot normal use internet.

Thanks for posting! I am sorry to hear that you're having issues with slow speeds and disconnections, I apologise for any inconvenience, I will do my best to help resolve this for you.

I have run some tests from here and I can see that there's been a few time outs inside the Hubs logs since the last reboot, I would like to arrange for this to be investigated further by one of our engineers.

I will send you a PM (Purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required to proceed with making the booking. Please respond to me there and I will ensure this all gets booked and secured for you.
