Hi I've recently had virgin installed I have the TiVo 100 package and the hub 3 , it says I have download speed of 103, yet I have one son playing the PS4 with excellent speeds and the other son is experiencing slow connection on his laptop and PS4 the only other connections are 2 mobile phones which are working fine, can anyone please advise as it's causing major frustrations . Sorry to hear about the troubles with some of your connections, everything looks normal from our end. Are the devices you're struggling with connected on the wireless? Do you get good speed test results form the laptop? Also, if you are only using the wireless, is there much difference in the distance from the Hub to your well performing devices compared to the ones that are slow?
