Slow intermittent broadband speeds

Been with vm for years - broadband in the past fantastic - broadband rubbish at moment - upgraded to vivid 100 to improve getting 20 at times or lower. Been though the normal processes broadband support, engineer who says over utilisation. Seems this means to many users plugged into my local box and it needs upgrading. Any sugestions Help

Welcome to our forum, I am sorry we took a while getting here.  As the engineer mentioned we do have a problem with high peak time traffic on your segment I am afraid. The reference is F004091621 and we would like to carry out some upgrade work. The review date is currently showing 26th April 2017.
