Slow in area 25

Almost every evening my broadband slows down to 4-7mb. Did a speed test at 6pm which was 150mb; speed test a 8:30pm and its down to 5mb.

Virgin website says there are no faults.

Restarted my router several times, with no improvements.

Is anyone else having similar problems?

I am also in area 25 with poor broadband speeds, nothing seems to improve it, far from being upgraded to super fast it appears that the service is on a downward spiral, days where no or intermittent connection is available and when unbroken connection is there it is not running at the speed you are paying for. Come on Virgin Media, unless you want to lose custom provide us with the service we pay for.

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

Sorry to read you are having an issue with your broadband speeds.

When I checked your connection, the line and hub have come back as fine with no errors. The network segment is running stable and healthy which is good.

Were the speed tests you completed through a wired or wireless connection? If wireless, can you try through wired please to see if there is a difference?

Do you notice these speeds at all times of the day or just during peak hours?
