Hub 3.0 is slower than my previous 2.0. Speeds in some areas in my home have been 10mbps, despite being on a 152 mbps plan. Certain situations connection is terrible and my internet connection is extremely slow. Does anyone have a solution to this??

Sorry to hear that you're having difficulties with your new equipment.
Have you been testing the speeds over a wireless or a hard-wired connection? If you've previously tested the wireless, would you please test again with an Ethernet cable connected, if you don't have one let me know and I'll send one to you in the post.
Do you notice the speed changes are certain times of the day / night? Are you having the speed problems on multiple devices or just the one?
