Slow evening speed in Bournemouth area (BH9). Paying for Vivid 200
Hi, I have recently switched back to Virgin from BT and I'm getting vast variations in my network speed. In the mornings (around 7:30) I get around 200 Mbps but in the evening this drops down as low as 19 Mbps. So I have two questions. 1) What is the fault that is causing the speed fluctuations. 2) When will it be resolved. Thanks.

Really sorry to hear you're experiencing speed issues.
I've located your account and I can see an issue with the network in your area affecting speeds at peak times - Ref.(F004807455). Our technicians are working to get this resolved and have set a review date of 12 July 2017.
