I have been experiencing an issue with my connection over the past couple of months, and having a pretty poor download speed for the majority of the time. It seems to be particularly bad when downloading any sort of update on the Xbox One.
I spoke with someone from Virgin around about the start of November and they confirmed there appeared to be an issue and an engineer subsequently visited, my download speed did increase slightly. I usually get around 15mbps now, however when I try to install an update my connection drops to around 800kbps-2mbps(even when wired into the router), and it is pretty much impossible to use the internet while the update is installing.
I have tried to call Virgin this evening but was cut off after holding to speak with someone, twice.
I would be grateful if anyone has any advice they could offer?
