Sorry to see your connection is poor in the evenings. That does certainly look like utilisation. I've checked your connection and there is high utilisation at these times but it hasn't quite breached our thresholds to raise to networks. What I did find its your downstream power levels being too high which will need a technician visit. I've just sent you a private message to arrange the best time for a visit.
Thanks for the update though sorry to see that speeds remain well below the expected, I've run a few checks on your connection and reports indicate that your network segment is currently suffering from periods of high utilisation, particularly at peak times.
I've reported this to networks for further investigation, if you bump us back here in a day or two we should have a fault reference and estimated fix date.
Thanks for the bump, fault ref. F003444101 has now been assigned for the high utilisation problems, although no dates yet sorry when upgrade work is likely to commence, as you suggest it's likely to be sometime in the new year before we know more.
