Slow download speed - WS10 area

Experiencing very slow speeds on your wals11-2-0 uBR and have been for a number of days now during peak times (e.g. 6pm-11pm). I suspect it's congestion (almost always is). Are you able to check this mods?

Stats are as follows, which having done some reading look like they're within parameters:

Upload is perfectly fine as you can see.

Question: I'm using a SuperHub 2 which looks like it's capped at 8 bonded channels. Will a SuperHub 3 allow for more channels? I'm guessing it depends on what my cmts supplies, but I wondered if there was a modem limitation at the consumer end.

Managed to speak to someone from support and they quoted fault ref F004902025 as the likely cause with an estimated fix date of 07/12/2016. I'll likely follow this up if it isn't fixed by then.

By the way I'm on the 100mb package. Just tried to do another speedtest and it failed to complete it and stuck at 0.52Mbps down - I feel like I'm slowly drifting back in time Smiley Happy

These are wired tests with no issues on my internal network (I help maintain a corporate network so I think I've got this bit right).

Hi here's a speed test I've taken just this second:

 

Looks like it's still an issue and I suspect my area is oversubscribed again. Can you investigate and come back to me please?

Tried calling your support line on two occasions now and on both occasions the call has been dropped after 10 minutes.

Really hope I don't need to contact your CEO department again to get some traction on this....

I've taken a look at the network and there is a high peak time traffic fault raised in your area. The reference number is F004227847 and has a review date of 18th January 2017.

Any update on this? It seems better, but it isn't anywhere near 100mb.
