Slow broadband

My broadband is slow it was activated today I am using a ethernet cable.

Is my stats in range?:
Downstream bonded channels
Channel Frequency(Hz)
Power (dBmV) SNR (dB) Modulation Channel ID

Upstream bonded channels

during peek hours thats weekends and 4pm to midnight you will get slow speeds due to over utilisation issues across the network everyone is getting slow speed

thats incl me getting slow speed

Using VIVID 350 Optical Fibre, Player TV, Talk Weekends

Can you please post the Downstream and Upstream power levels and Network logs in full please, snippets do not give the full picture.

Thanks for the post! I am sorry to hear about your issues with slow speeds, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tested things from here, and I can see a number of time outs inside your Hubs logs, I would like to arrange for an engineer to attend in order to resolve this for you.
