Slow broadband speed

Hi

I signed up for vivid 200 and have noticed I get no where near that speed ever.

This is an example of my average speed - I have tested this on and off over a number of days at different times of the day and night.

I am doing this wireless with a 802.11ac adapter with a full bar of signal strength.

I am in area 24.

Any help appreciated.

You will need to reupload the speed test picture, but make sure you cover your IP up before doing so.



Speedresult was:
Ping: 12Ms
Download 18.70Mbs
Upload 12.50Mbs

OK...lets try again. At 10.50pm....speed is now down to 15.36. This on a 200 Mbps service.

I would be happy to get over 100, but low 20's at 7.30 in the morning and Im paying for 200 Mbps!
