Slow broadband speed

I have been having slow broadband speed in the 04 area. Is it worth switching provider or are they all about the same?

I'm also on area 04 with slow speed demand a reduction in your bill. I am also awaiting a reply from Josh after I have messaged him guess what he's gone quiet.....
