Slow broadband speed and T4 timeouts

Hi all

So this evening I've been getting some fluctuating download speeds, between 9mbps and 15mbps, through ethernet. My normal speed is closer to 50mbps according to speedtest.net! I've rebooted the router and had a check through my routers network log (screenshot included)

Problem is, I have no idea what these time outs mean.  Is there anything I can do to try and resolve this issue myself?  Hopefully it resolves itself by tomorrow but if not I'd like to know my best course of action Smiley Happy

Oh, my ping is fine too! Ranges between 9ms & 15ms

Thanks in advance!

Rax

Hi Raxsah,

Thanks for posting!

Sorry to hear you've had trouble with your connection.

I've run diagnostics on your equipment and everything is looking okay at the moment. Are you still experiencing issues?

Speak soon Smiley Very Happy

Re: Slow broadband speed and T4 timeouts

Hi Josh

Everything seemed to sort itself a few hours later, thankfully!

It was just very strange as I've never encountered a T4 timeout before so I panicked - last time I had problems with my router I ended up phoning up and getting a technician out who replaced the router entirely!

Thank you for replying and having a look!  Is there anything I can do if it happens again or just wait?

All the best

Rax
