Upgraded to new super hub 3 and ever since speeds not even 50 Mbps of the 200 Mbps that we used to get. When phoning I'm told that there's a fault in my area but nothing is posted on the service faults page? I've been given a £10 reduction to my bill but that's not what I signed up for! Please put the fault up on service faults page if this is the case or send me an engineer, I used to be a satisfied customer but this upgrade is something I regret now!
Sorry to hear about the fault in your area. I've taken a look and I can see fault: F004963390 is on-going and is being reviewed on the 12th April, so in just a few days time. The Service Status page will report on Postcode affecting faults which is why the fault you're experiencing isn't listed. This fault is in reference to a cable specific issue, we will be happy to check the fault ticket next week and give you an update.
