Speeds on my '100Mb/s' package have been around 1Mb/s over the past few days. Unlike most of the people here, this is consistent at all times of day - it's the same at 10am as 7pm.
However it's only download speed, upload speed is fine at about 7Mb/s.
How are you connecting wired or wireless?
Have you tried another speedtest site like www.speedtest.net ?
Posting some basic diagnostic info may help.Navigate to the hub's GUI using http://192.168.100.1Don't log in, click the Router Status button in the top right of the screen.Copy \ Paste the Downstream, Upstream, and Network Logs.Don't worry about the formatting, but do obscure personal information like your WAN IP address.
It's ok now, resetting the router worked.
