Hi, been with virgin media on a 200mb contract since sept last year, since I joined the broadband has been well slow and very unstable 9 or 10 dropout daily. The speeds I get vary from12-25 my but normally under 20 and as I say very unstable. I have called and complained loads of times and at one point a engineer came and said he would test at the cabinet, he told me it was just as bad there. The trouble is nothing is being done about it ,is there anyone who can help I'm beginning to think that virgin can't provide a service fit for purpose !
