I have a problem with very low internet speed. Is around 3-4 mb/s. Should be up to 50mb/s as in my contract. The problem started last week. Could you explain to me what is going on. please ? I hope you are going to fix it as soon as possible. I live in Northampton NN1.
The downstream power is running a tad low with some channels outside VM specs.
You really need to test the speed wired directly to the hub to get the true speed of your connection.as wireless is too unreliable to get a proper reading.
The low power levels may or maybe not the cause of the slow speeds, but it would be wise to get them sorted first. A VM Forum Team member should pick up the thread in about a week, or you can give them a ring for a quicker response.
I've located your account and an see an issue with the network in your area affecting speeds at peak times - Ref.(F004145936). Our technicians are working to get this resolved and have set a review date of 5th April.
