Slow Speeds and High Ping

Hi,

Over the last few weeks I have been experiencing a lot of problems with the WiFi in our home. Firstly it has been cutting out a lot, secondly the download speed to seems to have slowed down and lastly we are getting extremely high ping. 

Both my brother and I game and usually have no issue at all however recently our pings have been ranging from about 80 to well over 2000. It has now become unusable. I spoke to Virgin on the phone and they have told me they see no issue at all and sent out a new hub 3.0 to resolve our issues... this has not helped at all. 

I have ran a few traceroutes to the BBC website:

Well that just makes things worse VM need to understand that you at your end can cause high ping by some device you have connect doing a download or upload and buffering your upto limit without you knowing due to you not having your own QoS.

I live round the corner and have started having the same issue recently hardly ever have lag and recently its unbearable.
