So signed up as the cables were laid, all good, then get a letter advising price going up after two months of service! Called and they advised "Not you, read the small print, not applicable as you have just joined on a fixed 12 month contract" all good happy days!
Now poor speed in our street, neighbours called and given a refund (Varying amounts!) told congestion and should be resolved in May!
Now we are struggling to get 6mbps peak times
I have not called yet, just tweeted!

Do have written to your customer service manager and asked to be disconnected, and my contract cancelled as you knew of the fault in July and signed me up in September and did not disclose the fault at time of selling me your services, so you knew the service I would receive was not as expected, Fit for purpose, and as described.
You are unable to honour your contract with me.
