Slow Speeds after 'fix'

I had a message on the 20/12/2016 about error F004609738 which had been marked as resolved, the message stated that I should see an improvement in the speed of my connection, however this is not the case.

 

I am still getting between 2-10mbp/s when my contract is for 150mbp/s

 

This has been going on for over 6 months now, why/how is this still an issue?

Sorry to hear you're still having trouble with your speeds.

 

I've checked out the network and I can't see any open faults at the moment. I've also run a diagnostic on your equipment and all the levels are as they should be.

 

Are you still experiencing slow speeds? Are you testing wired or wirelessly?
