Slow speeds continue in PE3 only getting 15Mb when i'm Paying for 200 this has been like this for weeks now enough is nearly enough !
it gets worse !!!! I bet Virgin don't rush to reduce my bill by the same percentage that my BB is reduced by .

I have taken a look and it seems there were some issues around the time you posted and some engineering work has gone through since that time, change ref - C00780537.
The connection now looks good from this side. How have things been since you last posted?
