Thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the recent connection problems, checking your connection I can see that was an SNR (noise ingress) problem on your cable which may have been the issue here, this looks to have settled down again now, so hopefully better speed have returned.

I'm also in the same area and the speeds tonight are awful. We've been having this problem on and off for the last few weeks. I did a speed test tonight and was getting less that 20mb/s download and less than 1mb/s upload! Should be up to 120mb!!!
I am so glad it isn't just me Balera for the amount we pay it is awful, I find the adverts that we are going to have our speeds upgraded for free a bit of an insult, just a constant steady service would suit me.
This morning at 11.00am I knew my connection was back to normal and a test confirmed speeds right up near the 120Mb.
This evening I have just come back online and I knew the way I was having to reload pages that something was wrong again, sure enough speeds back down around the 20Mb mark.
This is sickening VM if we are going to only receive a decent service for half a day what about halving our bills? I also don't understand why replies from a staff member take so long to receive a reply? Yes I could call your off shore call centre but I cannot go through the pain of someone reading through a script, getting me to reboot my PC and telling me after 10 minutes I need a technician....
