Sorry to hear that you're getting slow speeds, I know it's irritating.
There is currently no fault raised in your area so I'd like to ask a few questions if you don't mind. Have you been testing a wireless or a hard-wired connection? Ideally we would like to see results from a hard-wired test. If you don't have a cable let me know and I'll send one out to you.
