Slow Speed

As usual when i have left the network shut down for a few weeks every time i return home the internet is slow it is now 10m I am paying for a 200meg connection.  This is not acceptable.

I have tried every thing including changing the router to modem only and installing a NETGEAR R7000-100UKS Nighthawk AC1900 Dual Band Wireless Gigabit 11AC Gaming Router

it makes no difference and now i cannot connect to virgin media router even when i plug it directly into the computer.

 

What is the p[oint of paying for a 200 meg when all i get is slow speeds !

Sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're getting at the moment. I've tried to look into this for you but right now your Superhub is offline. Do you turn it off during the days? If so, would you please leave it on for a few days so we can run diagnostics?

I managed to resolve the issue a few hard resets got it back
