Slow Speed

Customer of the VIVD 200 Gamer and have been getting 1mb/s for almost 4 hours now. Not impressed as i'm paying out the nose for a fast internet speed that half the time doesn't work. Incredibly dissapointed and will most likely not be renewing my contract once it's up.

Thanks for posting and I'm sorry to learn about your connection speed.

 

I have checked your hub and everything looks okay from here so if you're still experiencing slow speeds can I confirm whether you're using a wired or wireless connection?
