Sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're experiencing, I know how irritating this can be. Checking your connection I'm sorry to report that we're currently working on a fault in your area under ref: F005152430 which is being reviewed on the 1st Nov. This fault is responsible for reducing the speeds, especially during peak times and to resolve this we will need to perform network upgrades.
