Since approx 11pm on 7/12/16 We have either had no internet connectivity or VERY slow speeds, speed test result just came out at 12.66 Mbps when I am on a 200Mbps connection!!
I called tech support yesterday only to be fobbed off with the turn your router off for 30 seconds and back on again, which basically did nothing as the problem is STILL there.
Nothing has been changed or moved etc etc.. All connections are tight. Equipment check on website comes up as being ok but obviously there is something wrong somewhere.
I hope this can be rectified ASAP.

I'm sorry to see that you are experiencing slow broadband speeds.
I've taken a look at your connection, the line and hub have come back as fine. There are no faults reported and the network segment is running stable.
Were the speed tests you completed through a wired or wireless connection? If wireless can you try through wired please?
Have you achieved the up to 200 Mbps before you noticed this issue?
