SG8 down to 1.7Mb tonight, almost unusable. Previously calling 150, letting them do whatever they do and rebooting the router fixes the issue but no more. Calling 150 is now hopeless, they keep you on hold for 15 minutes and then just cut you off.
Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your speeds.
I've checked your account and I can see an issue with the network in your area affecting speeds at peak times - Ref.(F004139154). Our team are working to get this sorted out and have set a review date of 10th May 2017.
