Sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're getting at the moment.
I've just taken a look and I've noticed that we're currently working on a fault in your area. This fault can be responsible to reducing the speeds during peak time hours (evenings and weekends). The fault ref is: F003398969 and it's due for review on the 18th Jan.
What speeds are you getting when you test off peak?

Apologies for the ongoing speed issues. A new review date for fault ref: F003398969 has been provided, this time for the start of March.
At the moment we're waiting for essential pre-upgrade work to complete before the actual network upgrade can commence. The 'review' dates we provide are the dates for this pre-upgrade work to be checked. If completed an EFT for the upgrade itself can be provided.

I am also affected by this fault. I have just been told the expected fix date is now 3rd May 2017. Somehow I just doubt it. I was told this fault was logged in 2014. A case of inaction (oh, unless the action is to take more money from new customers, without being honest about this ongoing issue).
