Slow Speed 7mb instead of 150mb

Hi so basically i know that expecting a full 150mb download speed is not very realistic as it depends on number of factors but lately I've been getting really slow broadband speed and many times even simple thing like watching netflix or twitch.tv is really bad as it keeps on loading so as my title says im getting anything between 7mb to 10mb instead of 150mb before i used to get 142mb using my wired connection and I've been using both wired connection and wireless and yet it still has same problem my area code is 21 i've checked if there are faults reported but none are so here is my router status

Re: Slow Speed 7mb instead of 150mb

Hello desperado126,

Thanks for posting Smiley Happy

Sorry for not replying sooner, when you continue to post on the same thread it alters your position in our queue as we respond to posts based on the date of the last post.

I've just checked your connection and I can see that we currently have an active SNR fault in your area. This fault can cause intermittency and slow speeds. The fault ref is: F005018319 and were hoping it will be resolved on the 6th Feb. Additionally your downstream power levels are out of range when I check today. If this is still an issue after the area fault is been resolved, I will arrange for an engineer to call around.

Please bump this thread on or after the 6th with an update for us.

Thanks again,

Take care.
