I have been having slow broadband in evening now for 12 months. Each time I complain I get same answer. We are trying to resolve the situation we will review the situation in around a month.
A month later guess what same thing happens. This has been going on for over 12 months now with no resolution in sight. Just keep getting fobbed off.
I am paying for 100 mbps but get 5-10 if I am lucky in evening.
Time to move on I think. Can anyone suggest a provider who at least comes close to supplying a service which is being paid?
Any answers to these problems moderators or Virgin reps. Guess you will be conspicuous by your absence.
I have been having exactly the same problems.. I kept calling a year ago and got the same answer as yours. I still have the same issues!!!

Please accept my apologies for the slow speeds you're experiencing, I completely appreciate this is frustrating.
I can see that you're being affected by fault: F003839144 which is due for review on the 5th April.
I know you've heard this before but I really am sorry for any inconvenience caused and I only wish I could do more to quick up the process.
