Slow/Poor Internet connection

Hi,

I was hoping to get some help. Our internet connection has suddenly become really slow over the last few days. We are on the VIVID 150 plan however speeds have dropped down to only 1Mbps on both ethernet and wireless connections. We still have an internet connection however it is now too slow to watch videos without poor resolution & constant buffering. After reading some other posts I have tried resetting the router several times and checked all of the physical wired connections which has now increased download speeds this morning to about 15Mbps, however this has not helped restore the connection to the full speeds we had a week ago. Really sorry to hear you're experiencing speed issues.

 

I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and everything is looking healthy at the moment. Your signal levels are as they should be and there are no issues with the network in your area.

 

Are you connected wired or wirelessly?

 

I'd like you to try running a speed test with the hub in Modem Mode to see what kind of results you get.
