Hi for the last week or so we have been having very slow speeds streaming online stuff, the content is blurry and having difficulty in keeping up with the buffering. We did have an engineer out in December to adjust the power levels, the levels seem fine to me. We are on 100mbps just wandering if there is an issue with the router, we have a super hub 2.
Also sometimes you cant connect to the router or it loses the signal.
If one of the Virgin team members can give me some advice i would be most grateful
Sorry to hear about the connection problems you're having. I've ran some tests and nothing is flagging in error right now. Do you have the same problems with your hard-wired connection, or is it just the wireless that's struggling? What results are you getting when you perform a speed test?
