I live in a student house in the L15 area and the internet is regularly extremely slow, have tried resetting the virgin super hub however this doesn't make a difference. I am unable to contact support as the account belongs to the letting agency/landlord. Do you have any suggestions?
Downstream is fine. Upstream is high-ish but well within spec- so nothing to worry about unless they rise over time. Have you tried a wired connection direct to hub and run a speedtest ? Whats that showing?
