Slow Internet Student House

I live in a student house in the L15 area and the internet is regularly extremely slow, have tried resetting the virgin super hub however this doesn't make a difference. I am unable to contact support as the account belongs to the letting agency/landlord. Do you have any suggestions?

Do you have access to the HUB GUI?

and are you connected via ethernet or wifi

Also if you have access to the actual hub and have not been given a password, look underneath and see if that works and if not you can always pinhole reset the hub.

Yes I'm connected by wifi and we do have access, I've tried this but it hasn't made a difference. It seems to be worse at certain times in the day, could it be a traffic problem?

Could be- but if your all connecting by WiFi that could be the issue too-


Go to your Superhub Log in screen

Do NOT log in.

Little button top right.....


Can you post Upstream, Downstream and Network logs.



Screen caps are nice, C&P will do- Don't stress about formatting if you C&P. Someone will get a look and see if there's anything obvious amiss.

Downstream is fine. Upstream is high-ish but well within spec-  so nothing to worry about unless they rise over time. Have you tried a wired connection direct to hub and run a speedtest ? Whats that showing?
