That seems to be the common response. Migrated from Sky a few years back which was truely woeful. Would move again but a lot of the other ISPs seem to be the same speed wise in the evening. Is that why you haven't moved?
Seems like I'm having a conversation with myself here. Spoke to first line support yesterday who went through the usual line checks and then came up with the pearler that the slow speeds were caused by an "ongoing upgrade in my area". When I started to question this (speeds were sub 1mb last night), the phone line went dead.
Suffice to say I will be cancelling with Virgin Media as soon as I have another supplier up and running.
