The last week or so our Broadband has been so slow and keeps cutting out or freezing? Just about had enough of it? My brother in law has just signed up to Virgin but a bit early for the new TiVo 6 box? He had the same problem and an engineer was called who hinted that it was being caused by Virgin!!! Has anyone else had this problem and been told by Virgin they need to upgrade their boxes?

I've run diagnostics on your equipment and I can see an issue with your Downstream levels that will need to be adjusted by a technician. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange for a technician to take a look.
