Slow Broadband speed

I've been having issues with slow broadband for the last couple of months logged a couple of calls with helpdesk but unfortunately not a lot has changed. I am running download tests from a PC which is directly wired to my superhub 2ac and am getting on average between 10-20MB max speeds. I am currently on the VIVID 200 Optical Fibre plan. I am unable to log a call with the help desk as my phone has been broken since 01/12/16.

I have rebooted the router on many occasions to no avail. Had a look at the network logs and constantly see the following

Thanks for posting and a warm welcome to the community.

 

Sorry to see that you are having issues with the broadband speeds.

 

When I checked your connection, there is a high peak time traffic fault in your area which is causing slow speeds. This will coincide with the speed tests you completed. The reference number is F004031061 and has a review date of 11th January 2017.

 

I will pass this across to one of my colleagues who will be in touch with more information.
