Slow broadband speed at every night, this problem has lasted for more than 3 months, I contacted virgin media 2-3 times, the staff told me to change the channel but it doesn't work, the 3rd time he told me couldn't find any problem with my network. It keep getting slow at night in stead of daytime, I know at that time all staff are off duty, so the problem can't be solved.. And it seems not only me meeting this problem.

Sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're getting, it sounds frustrating. Are you testing your wireless or hard-wired speeds? Can you please perform some speed tests and post your results for us to take a look over.
