Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your connection.
I've run diagnostic on your account and everything is looking great at the moment. Levels are all as they should be and there are no issues with the network in your area.
Does the issue occur at certain times of the day/ night or is it constant? Can you try running a speed test with the hub in Modem Mode and the computer in Safe Mode with Networking to see what kind of results you get?
