Slow Broadband WV4

Over the last couple of weeks my internet speed has been at 100mb-120mb now I am getting 30mb-60mb can you have a look at this?

FYI I am using direct network connection not wireless.

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your connection.

 

I've run diagnostic on your account and everything is looking great at the moment. Levels are all as they should be and there are no issues with the network in your area.

 

Does the issue occur at certain times of the day/ night or is it constant? Can you try running a speed test with the hub in Modem Mode and the computer in Safe Mode with Networking to see what kind of results you get?

Tried everything from my end, it does seem to be more of and issue in the evening not always thou. Sunday 19.30 and getting 60mb.

It's terrible in WV10 as well, bearly get 30mb from my 150mb connection. May as well forget most online or streaming during evenings and weekends.

Hi,

Here at NG17, i've been checking speed every evening for four nights, i should be getting 50meg, actual speed 1.3meg, streaming? forget it.

And i live  only 16 miles from virgin media hq, i honestly don't know why i stick with them, maybe i should go to BT but i don't know yet.
