Over the last few days I've been receiving slower than expected broadband speeds. I am on the SuperFibre 50 package, but my download speeds are significantly below what I am expecting. The speeds I've been getting are:
22:45 - 15.69 Mbps
00:16 - 19.58 Mbps
11:30 - 9.42 Mbps
11:56 (After carrying out the Service Status test on your website, and being told to wait 10 minutes while you attempt to repair a fault) - 14.40 Mbps
Last week I had an engineer come in and repair a fault with our Hub, which was receiving excessive signal levels.
