Just done a speed test. I am promised 200 Download and 12 upload. However, it is much lower today, especially the download. I have tried changing channels and rebooting, nothing has changed. We also had an outage last week for 7 hours. Not fair. Here is the speed I am getting: http://prntscr.com/dovn2r
I took this less than 3 minutes before this post, so we are outside of peak time when it is halved.
Still in the 'Christmas period' where everyone are trying to download new games etc + much much more people at home.
Have you been testing speeds all the time throughout? Is it only today it's just started?
Can you get onto your hubs GUI at 192.168.0.1 > then go to the router status button, and post the downstream and upstream power levels for the community to look at?
