Is it, in virgin media someone on the other side when writing or calling? (Complaints or irritating calls) Or is it a machine or a robot?: It seems, nobody cares, whatever happening.
Almost every day my internet is usually almost a percentage or a tenth of what I paid for…Nothing happens according to Virgin…Service o.k. No problem is detested…Fully O.k.! If I pay 50mbs and I only get 20 or less y regularly 1 or I get cut off… They promised me upgraded to 70mbs for free from last year and before, but was only fake…Prices they go up, even if they do not have full service, but service unacceptable. My next bill full price £31.24, even if you I do not have the full service. Sometimes they call me and they want me to pay more and they give me more services (When they do not give me the one I'm already paying for) I have lost my patience and trust with Virginmedia. I think they should improve what I am already paying.
And ask me if I would recommend Virgenmedia? ... Not with those services you have been giving me. I pay for 50mbs not 20 or less. Maybe the media or “watchdog” will be interested in this.
I am connected internet cable and your Mordern. I’m the luckiest of the family (if that is luck of less than 20mbs or 1mbs or no internet often) The Wi-Fi is sometimes as non-existent for the family. According to you it is the Virgin Media: Modern superfast family broadband... ha, ha
Thousands of times they told me that you have problems in the cabling updating in my district (S.E.26). That to hold a little more and when it was solved they would give me 70mbs for the sameprice. Everything will be expected to be ok and finish for January or February the maximum. I still have the same problems, Most of the time less than 20mbs and from time to time it cuts, returns to 50mbs and drops to 20 or less. What more excuses?

I've waited patiently since September 2016. They will not expect me to pay 50Mbps if I only get less than a 10% of the Mbps Please solve your problems!
Sorry to hear about the problems with your internet speed, I know how frustrating this can be.
I've taken a look into this and I can see the fault in your area that is responsible for causing slow speeds, especially during peak time hours. The fault ref is: F004488084 and it's due for review on the 29th March.
Would you please bump your post on or after the review for an update.
