Seems Like I've been downgraded instead of upgraded

Hi

I had the full house bundle installed over the weekend and My broadband speed should of been upgraded from 150mb to 200mbps. I am currently only reaching speeds of 30-50mbps.

Before the upgrade i was getting speeds well over a 100mbps, but since the upgrade i'm getting much slower speeds.

Please help me resolve this issue.

Sorry to hear you've not noticed an improvement since upgrading your broadband service. I've taken a look and I don't see anything obviously wrong. Can I ask if you're testing your speed on the wireless or hard-wired connection? Ideally we would like to see tests from a cabled connection. Also, if you could test multiple devices, that would a be great.
