SUPER LOW SPEED.

So i have Vivid 200 with super hub 3.0 , i can't play Fifa 17 online from my xbox one s , delay is around 1.5 sec-2 sec. Can i fix that or just i need to change provider? i think i pay enough to play a normal/ decent game online without delay. Can i have a appointment with someone to check my hub , wire connection at home?

On here it will take 1-2 weeks for a member of virgin staff to get to this, however it may help if we can diagnose your problem in the meantime.

1st question, is the connection from your xbox wired or via wifi, if via wifi what is it liked wired ?

wired , 1 meter. even when i'm on youtube and i want FULL hd 1080p , buffering sometimes..it's really slow 🙄

where i suppose to
have 200mb/s becouse i dont
have..nowhere.
40-60 mb/s download speed anytime 🙄 upload 20-30 mb/s ..

Thanks for taking the time to post on the community.

 

I'm sorry to read you are having an issue with your broadband connection.

 

From checking your connection, the upstream power levels are too high and for this I would like to arrange an engineer appointment to check this for you. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) with some details for you to confirm please.

 

There is also a high peak time traffic fault in your area which is causing slow speeds. The reference number is F003599246 and has a review date of 17th May. As this is a review date it can be subject to change.
