SO31 speeds

Any one got any idea why all of a sudden bb speeds have dropped dramatically - even have new 3.0 hub and wifi extender ...but still garbage Smiley Sad

Thanks for getting in touch, I am sorry to see you have been having trouble with your connection. 

 

I have taken a look and it seems you are affected by fault ref F004962192 for slow speeds at peak times. The current review date for this is 19/04/2017.

 

I can see that your upstream power levels are also too high.

 

I will pop you a PM to discuss these issues further. Keep an eye out for the Purple Envelope, top right hand corner.

19 April!? This has been ongoing for some months now and is ridiculous. Whenever I call I am fobbed off with some excuses around wifi channels when cable peak hours connection is appalling. If an issue is raised and customer like me who are on 200mbps are only getting 5% of that then you should be automatically crediting us back the 95% in £ that were not getting!
