SLOW

My broadbands suppose to be 200mb only been getting 30mb for a while now which is shocking

Are you testing wired or wirelessly?

Is 30Mbs the max constantly or do you get better at different points of the day?

Thanks for posting and a warm welcome to the community.

 

My apologies that you are experiencing slow broadband speeds.

 

I've managed to locate your account, the line and hub have come back as fine. There are no faults reported and the traffic on the network is low, which is good.

 

As Shafreya mentioned, were the speed tests completed through a wired or wireless connection? If wireless can you try through wired please to see if the speeds differ?
