My broadband is consistently slow. Never reaches anywhere near the supposed 150mpb.Each time I run a test I get a message saying there is a problem and will be sorted. This never happens. It's like money down the drain every month. Have contacted Virgin but it is the usual switch off and on but this is of no use!!
