Seriously NOT HAPPY with virgin. "up to" speeds are a joke. GIVE US WHAT WE PAY FOR. this is the 3rd time I've complained, its NEVER fixed, always delayed. always excused. I'M SICK of it. the second my contract is over, i'm OUT. EVEN satellite has to be better than this. I mean, tell me there is a solar flare, an Electromagnetic pulse, a plane crash, an electrical fault, some kids vandalized the box in our neighborhood....a SOMETHING, be creative, at least i can work with that.
